The Design Process

Step 1.

Firstly we will start by creating and reviewing the drawings, this includes:

Floor plans
Elevation drawings
Site layout and landscaping plans
Schedule of material and finishes
Reference photos

Step 2.

We will then create and model in 3D:

3D property elevations and layouts
3D model landscape design
Additional features and details

Step 3.

The CGI design will then be produced to provide a realistic design, this will include:

Materials and textures
Lighting setup
Camera setup and positioning
Image and animation rendering
